With a 48 hour turnaround time, from the time that we receive the recordings to the time you have access to the Preliminary Report, there is no wasted time.

holterA Holter monitor is a continuous tape recording of a patient’s EKG for 24 – 48 hours. Device Management

At APS we have skilled technicians that monitor the patients daily for any reports, alerts or episodes that may be sent to us. We give the Patient peace of mind, knowing that they are being monitored 24/7 for their wellbeing. We also offer access to the convenience of our highly skilled technicians to answer any questions you may have.

We monitor the Patient daily for any Alerts as well as doing maintenance checks every 14 weeks. The primary reason for the checks is to evaluate the battery function. Following the battery function, the device is then evaluated for any arrhythmias, heart rates, pauses, therapies, and any issues found with the device or leads.

Remote checks for Implantable Loop Recorders are every 30 days, we then send a comprehensive report to the ordering physician for evaluation. However, we monitor the patient daily for any alerts or episodes that have been sent automatically or that the Patient has manually sent over.

pacemakerWith a Transtelephonic Monitor, patients can schedule routine checks in the comfort of their own home right over the phone. Patients will hook up to the monitor using the wristbands and when our technicians call them for their scheduled appointment they then use their own telephone to transmit the reading.
